Tesson Consulting is based in Sussex and was founded in 2014 by Director, Kate Moisson.
A qualified chartered surveyor, member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer, Kate has over 30 years of experience working within both the rural economy and the City.
Previously she worked for both Savills PLC and Strutt & Parker LLP.
Kate is a Trustee of a £70million residential landed estate in Surrey, Director of a £7million Property Company and has been appointed Company Secretary, Trustee and Executor on behalf of her clients. She acts for a large corporate entity advising on their commercial property leased portfolio with a rent roll of in excess of £5 million per annum.
She is supported by a team of specialist consultants who work both nationally and internationally and have been involved with a plethora of projects, everything from valuations to the acquisition and management of new property portfolios.
